Knife Clinic started with a simple observation: the UAE is full of serious kitchens — and almost nowhere to sharpen properly. Mall kiosks grind blades on whatever wheel is spinning; talented home cooks resort to pull-through gadgets that slowly destroy good steel.

We built the service we wanted ourselves: order online, receive a protective kit, hand your knives to a courier, and get them back within 7 days — sharpened to the angle their maker intended, not a generic edge.

We call it a clinic because that's how we treat your knives: every blade is examined, diagnosed and treated individually. Steel, grind, edge angle, condition — then sharpening, honing, polishing, and a final quality check before discharge.
