From your knife block to the clinic and back — in 7 days, door to door.

1 — Place your order
Choose how many knives (5–20) and check out securely online. The moment your order is confirmed, we prepare your shipping kit: a rigid protective box, blade guards, wrapping sleeves and simple instructions.

2 — Receive your kit & pack
The kit arrives at your door. Slide each blade into its guard, wrap it, and place it in the box. There's a card inside where you can note special requirements for any knife — a chip to repair, a preferred finish, a delicate handle material, anything we should know.

3 — Courier collection
Our courier collects the sealed kit from your address, anywhere in the UAE. You'll receive tracking so you always know where your knives are.

4 — The clinic
Every knife is examined individually: steel type, factory edge angle, blade condition. It is then sharpened to the manufacturer's specifications, honed, polished, and quality-checked for sharpness and consistency.

5 — Return delivery
Your knives travel back in the same protective kit and arrive within 7 days of your original order — razor-sharp, with each blade guard back in place.

Inside every kit is a per-knife notes card. Use it to flag repairs (chips, broken tips), preferences (extra-fine edge for sushi work), or materials we should treat gently (carbon steel, special handles). You can also add notes in the order comments or WhatsApp us.
