How long does the whole process take?

Your knives are back within 7 days of your order — that includes the kit reaching you, courier collection, sharpening, and return delivery.

Which areas do you serve?

All seven emirates. Collection and return are by courier, included in the price, anywhere in the UAE.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by Shopify's secure payment page and accepts credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all in AED. We never see or store your card details.

Why is the minimum 5 knives?

The shipping kit and courier collection are included in every order. A 5-knife minimum keeps the service economical for you and lets us keep round-trip shipping free.

What if I have more than 20 knives?

Contact us for chef and restaurant pricing — we handle professional kitchens with bulk rates and recurring schedules.

Is it safe to mail my expensive knives?

Yes. The kit includes individual blade guards and a rigid double-walled box, the courier is tracked door to door, and every knife is checked in and photographed on arrival at the clinic.

What does 'sharpened to manufacturer specifications' mean?

Every maker designs a blade with a specific edge angle — a Japanese gyuto may be 12–15° per side, a German chef's knife 18–20°. We restore your knife's factory geometry instead of grinding everything to one generic angle.

Can you repair chips or broken tips?

Usually, yes. Note the damage on the per-knife card inside your kit and we'll assess it. If a repair isn't safely possible we'll contact you before touching the blade.

What knives don't you accept?

Ceramic blades, structurally damaged blades, and weapons. Traditional single-bevel Japanese blades (yanagiba, usuba) need a specialist craft — contact us first and we'll advise honestly.

What if I'm not satisfied with the sharpness?

You're covered by our 14-day satisfaction promise: if you're not happy with any edge, we'll re-sharpen it free. See the Refund & Satisfaction Policy for the simple steps.

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is always available. An account is optional and lets you see your order history, saved addresses and, soon, manage a subscription.

When are subscriptions launching?
